WATCH: Pickin’ Fiddleheads with NH’s Ma Derelict

We’ve got some wicked funny characters in Maine and New Hampshire, from Little Peters to The Hillbilly Weatherman to Corey and the knuckleheads at Bowdoinham Hardware. And now of course, Ma Derelict!  In her video series, Ma answers letters sent by New England locals with everything from advice on avoiding North Conway traffic, to instruction on how to puff up thin lips.  Well it's gettin' to be fiddlehead season so I thought you might get kick outta this one. Unfortunately while Ma is on the hunt, she's brushes up against another plant that's not nearly as delightful as the delicious little unfurled fern tops.
