A Warning Tweet From Portland Police On Drinking White Claws

Whenever I go to a show, a barbecue or any summertime party situation lately, I keep seeing people drinking those White Claw hard seltzers. Personally, I'm a Maine craft beer guy. So with so many great ones to choose from around here, the bubbly water with alcohol isn't on my list.

Even though it's not my thing, this does appear to be the summer of White Claw in most coolers. It's even big here in our craft brew mecca of Portland, Maine.

So big that the Portland Police Department sent out this tweet in response to the popular 2019 line, "Ain't No Laws, When You're Drinking Claws."

As we enjoy the last few weeks of summer in Vacationland, let's be careful out there and please drink responsibly.
