Mainers Helping Mainers, It’s What We Do

If you live in the Augusta area, there's a benefit we're hoping you can attend at Le Club Calumet. It will be a night of cocktails, live music and a silent auction to raise awareness and to benefit Noel LeVasseur in his battle against ALS.

Noel is someone I have known personally since we were little guys. We met at the age of 7 and have been the best of friends for well over 40 years.

Another one of my Augusta homies, Duane Tobias called me recently to let me know that would be a benefit for Noel and his family this March. My response of course was, I'd be honored to help. Great people like Noel are rare. His infectious smile and kind blue eyes are a light to the world. His love of sports and devotion to kids through coaching has made an immeasurable difference in so many lives. Noel is also the father of two beautiful young ladies.

Noel has always looked out for his neighbors here in Maine and now, it's time for us make sure he gets all the help he can from us.

Please join us for what be a memorable night of love at The Calumet Club in Augusta on Saturday, March 3. Doors will open at 6pm with a $10 donation at the door. Live music from the Piranha Brothers Band starts at 8pm. There will also be a silent auction and live auction hosted by yours truly and my homie, Duane.
