Watch The Maine Rainy Day Tradition ‘Wet Dream’ Music Video

It was wicked cold over the weekend with the thermometer plunging below zero. Now it's raining and warming up out there into the 40s possibly headed into the 50s tonight.

So now we've hung up the puffy coats and grabbed our umbrellas. Looks like the rain will keep falling through Tuesday morning.

On every rainy day, the WBLM Morning Show has faithfully played that wacky song loaded with clever puns by Kip Addotta called Wet Dream. It was originally spotlighted on BLM's Sunday night airings of Dr. Demento Show in the 80s.

It's the perfect sing-along to help get us through the deluge. We always get a bunch of requests for that 'fish song' that's been played on every soaked morning for the last 30 years or so.

Sadly Kip Addotta passed away at 75 in August of this year. His memory will live on here with this wicked silly Blimp classic.
