A New Episode of Maine’s Temp Tales Cartoon Is Coming January 30

2021 is off to a much better start now that we have confirmation of the release of the 4th episode of The Great Lost Strain. What the frig ya waiting for? Let's get after it!

O'Chang Comics consistently take us into a world of wicked dubbahs that are chuggin beers, puffin' bowls, and sometimes finishin' the job. It's a hysterical exaggeration of life in Maine...or is it? You be the judge.

Late in 2017, the exciting news was announced that the ambitious plan for their first full-length animated feature titled, "The One Strain to Rule Them All". It has been since been retitled, "The Great Lost Strain". Needless to say, there are no lack of "smokie breaks" in a Temp Tales movie.

Last year, the first three parts of the movie were released. The first one came out in June, episode 2 was released in mid July, and part 3 in November.

We left off with the sad, yet psychedelic departure from Uncle Buzzy. Episode 3 takes a hilarious look at the cannabis industry in Maine. You also gotta love how accurate the depictions of familiar locations are.

O'Chang Comics really nails it. When there's a scene in my hometown of Augusta, I felt like I was actually strolling down Gage Street from Capitol Park up to the Memorial Bridge.
