How Do February 2020’s Snowfall Amounts and Temperatures in Maine Compare to Last Year?

It's been kind of a weird winter in Maine, don't ya think? It seems kind of on the warm side but I haven't had a day not wearing my warm LL Bean boots. It seems a bit tame but my kid has had a good number of snow days off from school. And what about the amount of snow we've had? For that we turn to the pros-the great people at the National Weather Service in Gray who tell us of some interesting trends when it comes to snowfall in Maine from year to year:

Wild! So why it seems like a mile winter, we have about as much snow as last year. It must be all that rain that we have had as well. What do you think...early Spring?
