According to the Portland Press Herald, we could see a two story building that houses a raw bar restaurant, lobster processing plant, test kitchen and a marine heritage display go up on the Portland Fish Pier.

John Hathaway, the owner of Shucks Maine Lobster in Richmond, may see his vision of a "Trap to Table" experience come to life. His idea is to provide locals and tourists with the complete lobster experience. The building would be built on a vacant, small lot owned by the city of Portland that fronts Commercial Street. The combined space would create approximately 80 new jobs.
