This may be the most beautiful to come out of this endless winter we've been having here in Maine. A science teacher at Greenville High School in the Moosehead region took his students to the outdoor classroom recently. Together they created something amazing in the snowfield.

Tony McNaboe was on the Rustic Overtones journey with Dave as the band's drummer and 'brother' for many, many years in the classic line-up. He as you can well imagine has been hit very hard by the untimely passing of someone so close. All who love him will want to see and hear this achingly beautiful song Tony has written in his honor.

So much intense effort on the unsteady ocean is gone through to make sure we can enjoy some pan seared beauties at some fancy restaurant. A good attitude and a sense of humor is essential. No lack of that with these guys!

This aerial video shot in Northern Maine yesterday is so beautiful it just might make feel okay that it's still winter. Well, at least for the couple of minutes.

To demonstrate the incredible selection of items to choose from for everybody on your list, the announcer had to talk wicked fast in this classic commercial for LaVerdiere's. This TV ad was 30 seconds log, so ya gotta go high-speed in order to get it all in.

It can be pretty overwhelming trying to figure out what to get the loved one's on your list, especially when we are bombarded by marketing that always says, "Makes a great gift"! Does it? Really?
