Did you know that there's a water ski team that performs for the community on Number One Pond in Sanford? It's true. And they are back again for the summer season with plenty more opportunities to witness the dazzling spectacle.

"Is this not one of the prettiest places in country?" Yup, it sure is! Sometimes we need an outta statah to help us not take this uniquely beautiful state for granted. Thanks for reminding us Eric.

Ever wondered how to pick fiddleheads like a pro? Well, meet John Gibbs and his father Daryl. They'll take us foraging and then after they clean em up, we can see how the various dishes turn out at a local restaurant. Farm to table in action...wicked cool, bub!
